Call (603) 230-7274 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, or between 9:30 am and 5 pm on Wednesdays to schedule your exam.

Requesting Images
Images may be requested via telephone (603) 227-7000, ext. 7271 or fax (603) 227-7585.
You will be asked to:
- Give your full name and date of birth;
- Fill-out an image request form;
- Pick-up your CD in Diagnostic Services;
- Show a valid ID and sign a release form at pick-up.
When requesting images be sent to another office, you will be asked to:
- Give your full name and date of birth;
- Give the full name and address of where the images are to be sent.
A 24 hours advanced notice is required when requesting mammography films.
